This training is great having an advantage over your opponents in Ice Hockey, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball and Football, just to name a few sports.
In laymen terms, fast twitch muscle exercises enable you to beat your opponents to a loose ball, loose puck, basically any battle for possession situation in sports with a quicker, more explosive reaction. This allows the athlete to go from a standstill / slow pace to full speed in less time.
Just as your brain is able to retain information, the greater you strive to attain new knowledge, the better the brain is adept at comprehending greater mental tasks, so is it also with your muscles.
Take your natural athletic ability and push your physical and mental boundaries further out to where you can obtain greater athletic success!
This training is overseen by a former professional / semi-pro goalie, with playing experience in the German Bundesliga / DEL 2.
I have formulated these training regimens from personal experience, research, practical seminars thru the DEB (German Ice Hockey Federation) and observation of other international sports teams training programs.

The core training will be 1 hour in length, with a 10 minute warm up and cool down periods.
