PLACE: The RINX in Hauppauge

AGE ELIGIBILITY:

Varsity - 9^th thru 12^th Grades

Junior Varsity - 9^th thru 11^th Grades

Freshman - 7^th thru 9^th Grades (player must be 12 in order to play)

A non-refundable tryout fee of $30.00 is due at time of registration.

A fully refundable $500.00 deposit is due at registration.

 Deposit is returned if player is cut.

Team Tryouts for the 2010-11 Season

Eligibility:  Registered full time day students of St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School who will attend grades 9 through 12 in September 2010 or 7^th & 8^th Graders that will attend a Catholic elementary school (proof of Registration will be required) in September 2010.

Players are expected to arrive by 5:30 PM in order to complete necessary paper work and to dress.

• ¯ Players are required to pay the Tryout fee of $35.00 and a refundable $300.00 deposit toward the 2010-2011 season at registration.

• ¯ Please make check payable to SJB Cougar Club with Ice Hockey on the memo line.

• ¯ A copy of the 2010 – 2011 USA Hockey Registration confirmation page.  Register online at www.usahockeyregistration.com, all players must have this to get on the ice.

• ¯ Players are required to attend tryouts to be eligible to participate.
